Your mission
As a Trade Compliance Manager, you will play a fundamental role in developing and implementing a comprehensive trade compliance program that seamlessly aligns with our strategic objectives. In close collaboration with our business units across more than forty countries, you will be tasked with providing practical advice and ensuring our trade activities adhere to all applicable domestic and international trade laws and regulations.

Your daily work
Provide support on trade compliance matters.
As part of our legal team, you assist business stakeholders in reviewing client contracts and help them understand trade and export control risks, compliance, and program controls.
Keep our practices flawless.
By conducting continuous oversight and assessment of our compliance protocols, you uphold the integrity of our operational standards. You also ensure any discrepancies are addressed promptly and proficiently.
Foster internal education.
You create essential training materials and conduct programs that enhance employee understanding of trade compliance. Your expertise is key in performing internal reviews, ensuring a compliance-aware culture within the organization.
Qualifikationen
Who you are
You hold a law degree and are licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
With over seven years of experience in compliance, you have spent at least five of those years concentrating specifically on trade compliance.
You have a deep understanding of international trade controls and the various global trade and export regulatory frameworks.
Your background includes developing compliance programs, which cover creating policies, implementing internal controls, conducting training, and reviewing and drafting contracts.
You speak English with remarkable fluency; German is a definite plus.
