Your mission
As a Digital Marketing Transformation Consultant, you unleash growth by leveraging in-depth human and market insights, helping clients revolutionize their go-to-market strategies, business models, products, services, and brand purposes. Navigate the labyrinth of marketing transformation, media strategy, ROI optimization, and personalization. Implement digital solutions that answer our clients’ technical questions and requirements, and lead cross-functional and international teams. Facilitate strategic workshops using a variety of methods, from design thinking to agile and business model innovation. Design and roll out performance-oriented digital marketing operating models, aiding our clients in identifying the right blend of skills, technology, and processes for tangible business value.

Become the person responsible for implementing appropriate digital solutions and provide innovative approaches to clients’ technical questions and requirements. Develop, design, and roll out performance-oriented digital marketing operating models for large organizations, helping clients identify the right blend of skills, technology, and processes for tangible business value.Be part of marketing’s transformation.
You can expect to guide cross-functional and international teams, facilitating strategic workshops with client executives using various methods like design thinking, agile, or business model innovation. Advise clients on marketing transformation, media strategy, ROI optimization, personalization, and more.
Qualifikationen
Who you are
You possess a top tier bachelor’s and master’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as marketing, business administration, digital transformation, or innovation management.
Your track record of delivering projects with cover strategy, technology, and operations (including stakeholder management and change management) is second to none.
An unmatched ability to connect human needs with business growth catalyst and technical feasibility is one of your strong points.
Throughout your career you have experienced at least two years working in a management consultancy firm – additional agency experience is a bonus.
The following traits apply to you: an ability to hold captivating presentations, play as part of a team, and communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English.
