Your daily work
- Lead in innovation.
You spearhead the technical development of transformative native apps. Working hand in hand with directors from Product & Client Management and Product Design, your decisions directly influence the technological direction and success of our projects.
- Drive team success.
Your role goes beyond technical expertise. Hiring and leading a team of developers, you are pivotal in nurturing productivity and satisfaction. In an agile project environment, your leadership is instrumental in propelling the team towards successful product delivery.
- Shape management strategy.

Qualifikationen
Who you are
- You have worked in the industry for at least six years and have many years of experience in the development of native Android apps – open-source projects are a bonus.
- You possess a strong understanding of modern, agile development practices.
- You are personable, professional, and enjoy leading a team of people.
- You are a good communicator and can express yourself clearly and confidently in both German and English.
