Your mission

As a Senior Consultant in the Sales & Service Team at Accenture Song, your role is focused on optimize and digitize service processes of our clients. You are a crucial part of our cross-functional teams, offering the most comprehensive solutions to our high-profile clients. Through your deep understanding of both industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies, you help organizations identify potential areas of improvement in their current processes. You drive service projects from the conceptual stage to fully developed, ready-to-deploy products, handling everything from needs assessment to post-launch evaluation.

Your daily work

  • Empower service transformation.
    Working with experienced colleagues, you revolutionize client service models and processes. Leveraging design thinking, agile methods, and customer journeys, you adeptly tackle strategic and process-based challenges.

  • Provide expert advice.
    You offer our clients guidance on a variety of exciting topics, including cloud contact center platforms, artificial intelligence applications, service operating models, and digital service strategies.

  • Offer forward-thinking insights.
    Armed with an unwavering commitment to customer service excellence, you come up with creative ideas and ways to use new technologies that drive .

Qualifikationen

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration, finance, digital transformation management, or innovation Management. 
  • With more than two years of experience in consulting, service strategy, service transformation, contact centers, or customer experience, you bring know-how and skills to our team.
  • Your knowledge spans service transformation, cloud-based contact center platforms, artificial intelligence, service operating models, service channel strategies, omnichannel analytics, and SAXS.
  • Superior communication skills in both German and English, alongside robust analytical and conceptual abilities, complement your talent for team collaboration.
  • You are willing to travel for work.
