Your Responsibilities
- Fine-tune sales and service channels.
Joining forces with experienced colleagues, you revolutionize business models and processes. You apply design thinking and agile methods to successfully solve strategic and process-related issues.
- Foster omnichannel success.
You will support the strategic, functional, and technical implementation of digital solutions as well as the physical and digital omni-channel transformation on site. Also, you deliver real added value to the customer by providing innovative solutions to the customer's technical questions and requirements.
- Pioneer new ideas.
You spearhead the implementation of novel technologies and identify project opportunities that arise with the emergence of digital-first consumers.
Qualifikationen
Who you are
- You have a Master degree or equivalent work experience
- With over two years of experience in management consulting, you bring a wealth of knowledge.
- You have a proven track record of delivering projects that combine strategy, technology, and operations, including stakeholder management.
- Having worked in an agency environment or leading industry role, you have gained valuable insights and diverse perspectives.
- You have the willingness to support either our Industrial Products, Financial Service or Communication, Media & Technology Team in the Sales & Service Function.
- You are fluent in both German and English and have outstanding presentation skills and the willingness to travel for work.
