The Work:
The Studio Operations Lead will be responsible for making sure the studio team can have everything that they need to perform at their best. This includes overseeing the budget, procuring tools related to agile development with the production team, validating the pipeline with the studio head and the production team, procuring tools and software for the 3D artist and development teams. Once the teams are up and running, you’ll manage the metrics of the studio and make sure everything is running efficiently.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an operational role managing financials preferably within a creative studio, the gaming industry, immersive media, narrative design, or location-based entertainment space.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of production environment within a studio that produces interactive content
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of 3D art, programming, and other skills related to game development or production
Experience leading and motivating a creative team to produce their best work
Experience overseeing and managing a significant studio budget
Ability to manage financial expectations and timelines with clients and to be able to manage workloads across the studios
