Your mission
As an Application Outsourcing Solution Architect, you plan and supervise the delegation of application development and management responsibilities to third-party vendors, ensuring seamless and economical achievement of our clients’ business objectives. You facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders to outline clear project strategies and create efficient outsourcing solutions, applying rigorous quality control to ensure industry standard alignment and performance satisfaction.

Your daily work
- Cultivate our client-centric approach.
Through close engagement with our clients, you gain valuable insights into their business and technical demands, challenges, and goals. You are at the helm of all requests for information, requests for proposals, and pre-sales initiatives.
- Tailor solutions to customer needs.
Based on our clients’ requirements, you develop comprehensive outsourcing strategies and operating models. This includes creating technical specifications, defining the architecture, determining the necessary technologies, and identifying the roles and responsibilities of the outsourcing team.
- Sculpt and refine expenditures.
You creatively engineer solutions for cost estimation, pricing, financial structuring, and deal composition, while keeping high quality and efficiency standards.
Qualifikationen
Who you are
- Equipped with a relevant degree (Bachelor or Master), you have at least two years of experience in a solution architect role or a similar position, as well as demonstrated know-how in application outsourcing and offshoring or near shoring.
- With a history of success, you demonstrate your proficiency in application development and maintenance, project management, pre-sales activities, and service management.
- You are skilled in developing, presenting, and implementing system integration and application outsourcing solutions, while considering both technical and commercial factors.
- You express yourself clearly and confidently in both German and English.
