THE WORK: You will be part of an exciting team where you are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in Requirements Analysis. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your influencing and advisory skills. Your responsibilities will include making team decisions and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Architect solutions for a specific service or tower Design a solution approach that includes an overall solution plan, cost estimates, staffing plan, delivery location strategy, and roadmap Utilize standard process methods and the appropriate collection of offerings Articulate the 'why, what, and how' of the solution, emphasizing its value through impactful storytelling Facilitate an effective transition of the solution throughout the entire mobilization and stabilization phases HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Master proficiency in Requirements Analysis Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills Bachelor's Degree BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Expert proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing
