Then follow your passion in a role within our IPT for Microsoft team: a SWAT team defined at European level to help key customers to use the Microsoft ecosystem to transform their business and be successful. As a Digital Marketing Lead (m/f) you will be the reference point for the IPT team, account teams and customer for opportunities/projects that imply digital marketing or B2C processes (eCommerce Platforms, External Web Sites, Social Media Management, End Consumer Interaction, Analytics, Advertisement).


Here’s how you’ll make a difference
  • As Digital Marketing Lead, you will support customers across all sub-industries on their digital marketing transformation journeys, leveraging a Microsoft ecosystem to do so.
  • Working closely with our Accenture account management teams, you will identify and exploit digital marketing opportunities, develop corresponding architectural structures, compile cost plans, and sell the finalized concepts to customers.
  • The Digital Marketing Lead will work in a team including a Solution Architect and a Specialist
  • You will monitor the activities of colleagues working in digital marketing, providing them with guidance and ensuring that they make the best decisions in the respective circumstances.
  • You will acquaint yourself intensively with Accenture and its various divisions with a view to promoting the company’s digital marketing offers and exploiting its existing resources.
  • With your specialist knowledge and experience, you will advance the creation of digital marketing-relevant solutions with which to tackle the specific challenges faced by our customers.
Here’s what we’re expecting
  • An academic degree
  • At least 15 years of experience in the digital marketing sector or in consulting firms serving the product industry
  • Good knowledge of key industry processes and the corresponding solutions
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics for Marketing, Sitecore, Adobe)
  • A confident demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with CMOs and CDOs with a view to positioning Accenture
  • Experience in managing sales of USD 7M or more, or projects with delivery costs of USD 2M or more
