Your tasks

As an expert in the field of digital marketing, you collaborate closely with client teams on-site to establish where the respective company currently stands as regards digital marketing. Based on your findings, you then evaluate, conceive and implement data, analytics and marketing solutions that are tailored to the client’s specific needs. Whether with Adobe Campaign, Target, Audience Manager and/or Media Optimizer, you work closely with the client to implement marketing cloud solutions. This role therefore requires you to be a highly competent partner to your clients, always on hand to advise them on the integration, implementation and activation of digital marketing solutions aimed at attracting and acquiring customers. Specifically, it will involve the following:
 
  • Documenting and understanding clients’ requirements and designing solutions that will serve their specific needs over the long term
  • Drafting specifications for the configuration of Adobe Campaign and its components, as well as later implementation of the solution
  • Overseeing configuration of the necessary components in the Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • The functional design and configuration of cross-channel campaigns, with delivery in real-time
  • Assuming the roles of mentor and trainer for Adobe Campaign developers and experts within the team
  • Working with clients and their agencies to steer the introduction of interdisciplinary initiatives, technologies and campaigns so as to ensure the speedier, more effective organization of the respective company’s marketing activities
  • Supporting new business activities with a focus on campaign management solutions
  • A degree, preferably in marketing, business or a similar discipline
  • Long-standing experience in the digital marketing field and in all the areas that this involves, i.e. in implementing digital marketing programs with a focus on client acquisition, in digital media, in cross-channel campaign steering, in data management and digital analytics, in the fields of application for digital marketing architecture, channels, methods and business models with a focus on Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Solid (technical) expertise in Adobe Campaign, Media Optimizer, Audience Manager and Target
  • The ability to plan and implement campaigns and programs across the entire digital media spectrum (search, e-mail, content marketing, marketing automation, social media, mobile and personalization)
  • Good knowledge of established digital marketing and advertising solutions, and of the corresponding architecture – including knowledge of how these are embedded within a client’s landscape (e.g. ad server, tag management, search bid management, DMP, DSP, web analytics, social media management)
  • Strong command of German and English, willingness to travel
  • Pronounced communication skills and a strong personality, making you able to liaise effectively with senior marketing managers
