Change Management Consultant (Prague, Czech Republic)

Management consulting area may involve the identification and cross-utilization of best practices, analytical techniques, change management and coaching skills, strategy development or even the simple advantage of an outsider's perspective. Accenture's Management Consultants are typically involved in various projects for our clients including banks, insurance companies, automotive clients or telco companies.
We are seeking an experienced consultant with a strong background in change management and ideally prior consulting experience. The role involves driving transformation initiatives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support change management activities across projects.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement solutions.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication plans.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in change management; consulting experience preferred.
Strong skills in communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Proactive, self-organized, and curious to learn.
Native Czech or Slovak language proficiency and excellent command of English. German language is an advantage.
