Corporate Quality & Risk Associate Manager – EMEA Market Quality Enablement Team

Corporate Quality & Risk Associate Manager - Role Description:
As a member of the EMEA Quality Enablement Team, you will partner with the EMEA Quality Managers and Quality Leadership to support the execution of the end-to-end Quality policies and processes and drive quality initiatives across the EMEA Market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support activities related to Financial Management processes. This includes, but it is not limited to:
- Coordination with the EAC Changes team, CFMs and MU Business Partners of Confirmation calls
- Preparation and publication of related weekly & monthly reporting to support team activities
- Support of the Solution Contingency Calculator Compliance process
- Support of the Solution Contingency Management process in coordination with Services
- Occasional support activities related to the Client Quality Intervention program
- Regular engagement with the team of Corporate Quality Managers and Quality Leaders across the EMEA Market Units (MUs) and Services to execute key Quality processes
- Manage own workload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and quality expectations
Professional & Technical Skills Required:
- Professional with an undergraduate degree or higher, with at least 8 yrs of fulltime relevant experience
- Very strong Financial Acumen – preferably CFM background
- Very strong and proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, manipulate, and troubleshoot formulas, pivots, linked tables, etc. Proficiency in utilizing advanced Excel functions to streamline tasks and improve efficiency
- Critical thinking with ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, connect the dots and self-check own deliverables
- Strong Operational Excellence, attention to detail and a strong Customer Service mindset
- Strong English language fluency, both oral and written
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and track/manage responsibilities
- Track record in interacting with leadership and senior stakeholders is desirable, but not a show-stopper
