Management Consultant (Utilities - Energy sector) - Prague, Czech Republic

Management consulting area may involve the identification and cross-utilization of best practices, analytical techniques, change management and coaching skills, strategy development or even the simple advantage of an outsider's perspective. Accenture's Management Consultants are typically involved in various projects for our clients including banks, insurance companies, automotive clients or telco companies. We currently prefer candidates with experience in the Utilities sector, ideally in energy, to help drive transformation and deliver value to our clients.
We are looking for Management Consultant following key responsibilities:
Improve performance through analysis of existing business problems and development of future plans
Having an active role in all aspects of the project - Identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change.
Bring Accenture formal frameworks and methodologies to identify problems or suggest more effective or efficient ways of performing business tasks.
Lead small to mid-sized projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Support business development activities, including identifying opportunities and shaping proposals.
Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams, building strong relationships based on trust and professionalism.
Contribute to the development of new service areas and innovative solutions within the Utilities domain.
Apply project management best practices to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in the Utilities sector, ideally with exposure to energy-related projects
Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Czech/Slovak & English language. German language is an advantage.
Team player who is friendly, reliable, and proactive
Experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle—from idea creation to implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions
Flexibility and adaptability to work on diverse projects and with different clients
Geographic flexibility (Europe)
