Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to join our Business & Technology Integration team. In this role, you will collaborate on various projects, providing expert guidance to optimize financial processes and deliver tailored solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design business processes and systems, aligning them with financial operations.
- Assess the current state of business models and their integration with technology, identifying areas for improvement.
- Gather, synthesize, and analyze information to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Evaluate customer requirements and define future state business solutions to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make key decisions, ensuring solutions are applicable across multiple departments.
- Provide subject matter expertise in finance and accounting to shape solution designs.
- Ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative strategies to optimize business processes and systems, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Design and implement solutions that address customer needs and streamline financial operations.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices within finance and technology.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional processes.
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations-related certifications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional, Business Process Design, and Requirements Analysis.
- Advanced Czech/Slovak language level with English on at least B2 level.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
