What You’ll Do:

• Drive Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a strategy for our development discipline that lines up with the studio's vision and goals.

  • Take ownership of the strategy’s success, tracking progress and making sure we hit our targets.

• Support Growth:

  • Collaborate with our business development team on proposals, pitches, and workshops to help us win new projects and clients.

• Build Connections:

  • Connect and engage with team members within the discipline, while also building bridges across different locations, studios, and management units.

• Improve Delivery:

  • Keep a close eye on our delivery processes, spotting any weak spots and leading efforts to make them better and more efficient.

• Lead Talent:

  • Take charge of hiring for the development team, bringing in top talent, and fostering a great work environment.

• Manage Resources:

  • Ensure team members are fully utilized and engaged, and manage the rotation and chargeability of the team to meet both business and individual needs.
