CORE and Global Services (CGS) is a group of legal professionals working and supporting different legal areas such as Compliance, Regulatory Offerings, Ethics, Procurement, Corporate Matters, Strategic Partnering and the Services Areas aligned with the new offerings and technologies such as Strategy & Consulting, Interactive, Technology, Security and Operations.
Technology Strategic Partnering: This team supports the partnership relationships across Accenture’s ecosystems partners, which involves leading negotiations and managing master framework agreements. The team also provides business insights and shaping advice on commercial constructs and joint solutions with the global innovators of technology.
Role Summary – Support Accenture’s relationship with Partners globally. Draft, review and negotiate medium risk types of agreements or legal documents in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generic Responsibilities
- Understand the Global Services areas
- Understand relevant company policies (e.g., Third Party Compensation)
- Proactively enhance knowledge in context of the support area
- Understand company's approval processes and ensures that all stakeholders are timely engaged and informed on the relevant process
- Assist team in drafting checklists, process documents and generic tracking reports
- Directly liaison with internal stakeholders on various issues
- Recognize issues and provide timely escalation to Team Lead or appropriate stakeholders
- Understand and suggest process improvements in the support area
- Assist the support area in preparing and provide trainings and support to the new joiners of the team
- Support implementation of new initiatives in the support area or within Legal/GLN
- Build credible and effective relationships with onshore counsels and within GLN team
- Assist the support area team in development of new tech tools or enhancement of existing ones
- Manage company´s tools and communication records
- Knowledge of agreements structure and contractual clauses
Specific Responsibilities aligned to Role
- Draft, review and, with minimum supervision, negotiate medium complex agreements and documents to be signed with partners and clients, including but not limited Non-Disclosure agreements, Affiliate Addendums, , partnership simple/medium complex renewals and amendments, marketing materials, among others.
- Analyze and propose solutions to low/medium-complexity contract issues.
- Independently handle the communication with internal clients, business teams and stakeholders on various legal matters.
- Maintain contract compliance in line with company policies and procedures and ensure issues are identified and resolved;
- Require approvals when needed - in particular, ensuring that all stakeholders are fully informed and engaged on a timely basis with the process and associated responsibilities.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience at law firm or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing
Work Requirements:
- Travel may be required.
- Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in agreement drafting and review, identify and analyze the risks and mitigations .
- Basic awareness of Accenture offerings and function specific services performed
- General understanding of commercial agreements, legal and compliance principles
- Understands general corporate business practices and contracting regulations
- Demonstrates promptness, accuracy and consistency with the activities supported
- Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, with exposure to leadership
- Able to assist with day to day support and to understand delivery requirements
- Detail-oriented, sound judgement, prioritization, organized, and adaptable
- Demonstrate proficiency at using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Comfortable with technology and has experience in the use of tools & databases
- Effectively manage priorities and stakeholder expectations
- Demonstrates keenness to learn and train on new processes and areas
- Team player who looks to build trust-based relationships; proactively helps new members
