If you have experience in providing clients with designing and building high-performing corporate service management solutions, then we want you to join Accenture and help our clients leverage suite of ServiceNow solutions utilizing Accenture value proposition to design, build and operate solutions based on leading ServiceNow technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement using the ServiceNow platform.
Solution Design: Design and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions that align with client business objectives and process improvement goals.
Implementation and Configuration: Configure and implement ServiceNow modules and applications to support optimized business processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to client teams on new processes and ServiceNow functionalities to ensure smooth adoption and usage.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business process consulting, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and improve business processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
