Position Summary/Overview:
The Integration Architecture Lead is responsible for the planning, coordination, development, and supervision of all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of the client. The integration needs are primarily focused on connecting on-premises and cloud-based commercial software applications. This individual is also responsible for developing and maintaining an application integration architecture blueprint for the organization.
What will be your role:
Responsibility for the integration architecture design
Provide expert advice to project teams on use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture including integration best practices
Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work
Work with project teams in definition of requirements for integration strategies of their projects into the Enterprise Architecture
Manage internal resources as well as augmented or externally sourced team members
Communicate project status to various levels of management
Oversee the technology and standards for version control
Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business and security architectures
Estimate the demand for resources (people, budget, time) based on the complexity of the project
Leading a team of more junior colleagues, providing guidance and developing their skills and capabilities
Most of the projects will be in Telco, Finance and Products industry
Qualifications
At least bachelor degree, and 5+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices
Knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies
Expertise in solution design and development, vendor management, enterprise application support, in addition to strong business understanding and project management
Proven experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams and internal stakeholders (in particular in IT)
Experience in a management or supervisory role on an integration development team
Excellent communication skills
An interest in staying hands-on technical as well as wearing the team management hat
Established project management skills
CZ/SK and ENG language fluency
