Job Description

Accenture's Management Consulting workforce is involved typically in various projects of helping companies to improve performance through analysis of existing business problems and development of future plans. Management consulting may involve the identification and cross-utilization of best practices, analytical techniques, change management and coaching skills, strategy development or even the simple advantage of an outsider's perspective. Management consultants generally bring formal frameworks or company methodologies to identify problems or suggest more effective or efficient ways of performing business tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for a creative and innovative Training Development Analyst with passion for crafting impactful training experience.

As Traing Development Analyst you will play a vital role in organizing training sessions and developing training materials tailored to our clients´ proprietary digital tools.  Your creativity and expertise will be the driving force behind enhancing our clients' capabilities and empowering their teams.

You will gain proficiency in the specific digital tools and tailor the training content accordingly. You will be also responsible for improvements by collecting data and feedback to enhance the quality of our trainings.

If you have a background in consulting and/or training design, and you desire to make an impact, we want to hear from you.

We would also like you to have:

  • University degree  (Bachelor degree minimum)

  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and English language (spoken & written)

  • About 1 year of experience in consulting or training design

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Very good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

  • Desire to work in an environment of the creative projects focused to solve the business requirements of the client

  • Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable

Participation in our internship programs or similar like programs, or any experience with the jobs requiring analytical skills are the advantage.
