Title: 3755: Local Eminence Czech Republic (Marketing Associate Manager)

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with our global and regional Marketing and Communications (M+C) leadership and variety of M+C functional teams to understand our brand strategy and marketing initiatives and bring them to life in local environment in relevant and effective manner
  • Liaise with local Accenture leadership in the Czech Republic to understand the business objectives and priorities and determine how to support them via integrated M+C initiatives
  • Plan, budget, execute and measure the full scope of M+C strategies and tactics to ensure brand awareness and reputation among local target audience and drive preference for our services/capabilities in target industries
  • Own and orchestrate the local M+C channel strategy and tactics (by collaborating with global/regional M+C functional teams) – ranging from advertising, research, social media, events, media relations, trade associations to direct marketing etc.   
  • Fortify relationships by creating differentiated experiences for our clients, influencers/ecosystem partners, and community partners.

Basic qualifications/skills requirement

  • Minimum 4 years of M+C experience – preferably in technology corporate environment or professional services companies (e.g. Big 4)
  • Analyses and solves moderately complex problems. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Demonstrate a spirit of collaboration in all we do
  • Ability to interact with multiple points of contact across functional groups at various career levels
  • Proactive, motivated, and driven to make a difference within the team
  • Accountable and engaged
  • Attention to detail and high-quality work outputs
  • Well organized with program management skills
