We are seeking a junior Digital Data Specialist to transform complex data sets into understandable and engaging visual narratives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for creating intuitive visualizations based on customer needs, and understanding user behaviors through web analytics. Your mission will be to interpret user data from websites or applications, providing actionable insights that inform business users.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business users and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into visual stories that drive action and decision-making.
Collect requirement and utilize a data visualization tools and techniques to design/create dashboards, reports.
Data visualization – aggregating unstructured data and translating them into a visual context for presentations or dashboards.
Experience with analysis of websites and applications user behaviors, understanding key metrics such as traffic sources, user flow, bounce rates, and conversion rates is an advantage.
Collaborate with Data/Technology developers to implement changes based on design.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data visualization best practices and trends in web analytics.
Qualifications
Qualifications
University degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in Czech/Slovak and English language for collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge at least one of the industry Financial Services, Products, Automotive, Communication & Media, Resources is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and PowerBI, SQL knowledge is a must
Familiarity with web technologies and understanding of digital marketing metrics.
Familiarity with Web Analytics, Cloudera, and Git is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
Creative problem-solving skills and an ability to convey complex data in simple terms.
Proactive learner with a keen interest in the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and web analytics.
