About us 

Accenture Cyber Fusion Center in Prague is a unique multidisciplined team of around 150 people passionate about Cyber Security.  As part of Accenture Security, we support clients globally to prepare for and defend against the rapidly changing capabilities of cyber attackers. We are looking for security professionals to join our international team at our custom-built location.

Role summary 

The primary objective is to support our clients in the delivery of Managed Security Services. You will also help to develop operational processes and work on infrastructure improvements. You will support implementations and operations of security technologies and software tools especially in the area of Endpoint Protection.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support the design and implementation of EDR and EPM systems

  • Support Client’s operations and day-to-day tasks

  • Document technical processes and procedures including the regular revision of support documents

Qualifications

Requirements 

  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows system administration (registry, firewall, network protocols, permissions, UAC, Group Policy, etc.)

  • Knowledge of security principles, techniques, and technologies

  • Very good spoken and written English

Nice to have 

  • Knowledge of Endpoint Protection tools is a plus, especially Crowdstrike, Microsoft Defender, Tanium, CyberArk EPM, Carbon Black

  • Knowledge or experience with AD, LDAP, DB, and network devices

  • Understanding of cloud technologies
