Job Description

The Planning and Forecasting Solution Architecture Sr. Analyst supports the design, development and ongoing support of Talent Supply Chain tools.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Operational Support activities including data validation, data massaging and analyzing
  • Understanding HR data flows and how to integrate with other systems to get the data needed by our Talent Supply Chain Tools
  • Coordinating Testing efforts – Product Test, Integration Test and User Acceptance Test. This may include test script creation based on business requirements, test metric tracking, training our testers, and executing tests
  • Liaison between Business team and CIO technical team and possibly vendor teams. This may require tracking of CIO and vendor progress on delivering our Talent Supply Chain Tools and working with them to document designs/user stories
  • Performing cutover and stabilization tasks
  • Coordinate with other teams working on integrating systems on data and functional integration
  • Support development of production support/operational controls and materials including incident management processes
  • Supporting ongoing maintenance and production support after go-live, including stabilization
  • Work with Change Management teams to develop training for our tools’ end users
  • Assisting a Senior Solution Architect on the requirements gathering, including working with business counterparts to interpret business requirements into detailed technical requirements
  • Conceptual and Detailed Design, in some cases helping to solve for difficult business requirements


Skills and Work Requirements:


  • Prior Project Management or Business Analyst experience
  • Prior experience coordinating testing activities
  • Strong Problem Solving Skills
  • Operates successfully with some degree of autonomy and independence
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to operate on a global team, which may require some flexibility of schedule
  • Ability to escalate issues promptly
  • Good oral and written skills in English


  • Experience working with multiple delivery channels (CIO, vendor) and bringing them together with the business
  • Strong MS Excel skills (such as complex formulas, pivot tables, vba-macros knowledge is nice to have)
  • Nice to have experience working with Agile Methodology
  • Nice to have experience working on HR or more specifically Talent Supply Chain applications either as a solution architect or end user
