Design and development of marketing campaigns to automate the decision-making process. Goal of decision architect is to take the ownership of the whole flow of the marketing campaign automation process. Starting from understanding the business requirements and transform them into technical brief, following by implementation the strategy within the Pega tool according to framework of future proof. Afterwards support the testing cycle cooperating with quality assurance engineers as well as campaign owners. Finally, Pega Decision Architect ensure the release process and launching the campaigns go smoothly and all set towards client expectations.
Understanding the cycle of campaign development
Basics of marketing management (Next-Best-Action, marketing offers, target audiences, decision strategies, prioritization, running and monitoring marketing campaigns)
Strong knowledge of marketing campaign types & channels (inbound/outbound)
User segmentations and customer journey scenarios (welcome, development, delight, churn, retention etc.)
Be familiar with agile framework of software development and its phases (design, implementation, testing, release, post-release actions, tracking the results, maintenance etc.)
