Job Description

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our Insurance project team and work in exciting environment for the best global and local companies.

Your main responsibilities will be to gather requirements from client, analyze them and prepare functional design. You will be maintaining general functional documentation and will be responsible for detail analysis of each requirement and preparing detail functional documentation in expected quality. Requires ability to work independently, but also to coordinate.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements, identifying the best solution
  • Work in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business) locally and remotely
  • Build relationship with the client both business and IT
  • Support the integration and system tests of newly implemented functionalities


We would like our applicants to have:

  • Solid insurance industry knowledge and understanding of insurance products and processes

  • Excellent analytical thinking

  • At least 1 year of functional designs experience

  • Ability to identify, assess and analyze problems for area of responsibility

  • Proactive and result oriented approach to task delivery

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Openness to learn and grow

  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak

  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

  • University degree (bachelor’s degree or higher)
