We are looking for a Management consultant to join our team and share our passion for business transformation, with a focus on the Supply chain management.

We focus on developing and delivering leading solutions for our clients whilst utilising our strong connections with the wider European practises and global communities across Accenture.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Building successful and fruitful client relationships with development towards sales opportunities.
  • Leading project team of up to 10 members including team management, coaching and providing regular feedback

  • Coordinating multiple stakeholders and project parties in line with standards and agreed methodology

  • Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process

  • Independent and prompt decision-making within given responsibilities while assessing both internal and external factors. High adaptability, agile thinking and ability to deliver alternate ideas in a short time span

  • Constant communication and interaction with senior client representatives including C-suite

  • Preparation of complex project documentation

  • Participation in RfQ preparation including budgeting, staffing and proposal drafting


We would like our applicants to have:

  • University degree  (MSc / MBA)

  • Fluent English language (spoken & written)

  • ~3 years of experience in management consulting projects in the area Supply chain and Operations, Procure to Pay

  • Understanding of the SCM area, processes, concepts, best practices especially with focus on Procurement area (Sourcing, Category management, Spend management, Transactional procurement)

  • ~ 2 years of functional experience with ERP solutions in the area of SCM and Procurement (such as SAP ECC, S4/HANA, Oracle)

  • Overview and basic understand about the capabilities of specialized tools used in the area of Procurement/Source 2 Pay (such as ARIBA, Coupa, Celonis)

  • Good understanding of client business and the client’s industry (At least one Industry experience with deeper understanding of common challenges and current trends)

  • Leadership skills and experience in leading teams

  • Identification of potential sales opportunities and ability and drive to transform them into further stages

  • Knowledge of project methodologies and adherence to them as per project rules

  • Excellence in presenting complex ideas and outcomes in a clear and easy-to-understand way including verbal and visual presentation skills

  • Native Czech/Slovak and fluent English

  • Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable
