About us?

  • We are technological enthusiasts and geeks, interested in everything new (lately we play with NFTs and web3).

  • We sit in Libeň in the office which was awarded “Office of the year 2018” However after pandemic we mostly use our own home offices which wasn't awarded yet :D Now it’s up to individuals where they wish to work from.

  • We work remotely in multicultural cross-functional teams with our on cool projects for quite cool clients in automotive mostly

  • Our studio is led by 2 studio leads - Yorck who is responsible for Engineering & Product management and Petr who is responsible for Design

Qualifications

About you?

We are looking for motivated developer with to-do attitude and with hands-on approach and some background on which you can start building your career with us:

  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, JavaScript, CI/CD, unit integration and e2e tests, experience working with design systems. Collaboration with UX/UI product designers, code review, cypress tests, styled components

  • Experience with agile mindset & methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE 5.0)

  • Team leads experience and willingness to become a great coach for your people. We expect you to be continuously learning and growing in this topic.

  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured, proactive approach to work

  • Good time management

  • Team spirit to achieve goals together

  • Open and innovative mindset for new things and technologies

  • An elevated level of initiative and good communication & presentation skills to speak with clients, being able to mentor or speak publicly.

  • English language on B2/C1 (German is an advantage :) Jawohl!)
