About you:

• At least 5 years of experience in UX design

• In-depth knowledge of User-Centered Design and User Experience Design

• Designing digital interfaces makes you feel at home

• Methodological knowledge of Design Thinking, Design Sprints, User Research and User Testing

• Confident use of industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, ProtoPie and Principle

• Experience in leading a small unit, you should like people yes :)

• You are inspirational and listen to the needs of the team and develop their skills, you should have some so-called social skills yes :)

• Experience in agile and enthusiasm to join our agile-driven working environment

• We need a hands-on person who is willing to work together with the team of designers, developers, and product owners to create something cool!

• You are driven by making the world a bit less cumbersome

• English on a very good level (German is an advantage - Jawohl! :) A high level of design maturity is important to us, and so is the quality and effectiveness of the designs we produce. That is why we have the following in our design team:
