Job Description

Our Deep Learning and Analytics team is looking for a talented, enthusiastic and passionate Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to drive different projects in the area of Azure Analytics within CIO enterprise Architecture organization.

Be part of the Infrastructure Analytics team tasked to drive Innovative Analytics projects using our Azure hyper-scale Data Lake. This role will direct schedules and deliverables upon the project’s completion. 

You will be, the voice of our team and represents us in front of our internal customers and strategic partners like Microsoft, so good communication and presentation skills are expected.

To deliver the projects you will be working closely with our POD cross-functional teams including Developers, Data Scientists, UX Designers, Data and visualization engineers.

What will be your job?

  • Deliver Analytics projects on time and within scope.

  • Gather customer requirements, provide high-level estimates and provide project status updates across different regions.

  • Provide a preliminary high-level solution design and blueprint in tandem with our Analytics SMEs and our solution architects-

  • Work very closely with our Analytics technical teams and hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding the assigned projects.

  • Project Management/scrum:

    • A Master's degree in Project Management or related technical field is required especially in Analytics.

    • Minimum 3 years+ of experience as Project Manager, Scrum Master, and/or solution architect

    • Professional Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) or scrum (e.g., CSM) from accredited intuition preferred

    • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods

    • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

    • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising work

    • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles

  • Communication skills:

    • Superb English communication and presentation skills

    • Able to summarize complex problems and statutes reports

    • Able to drive change at scale/speed

  • Technical/Analytics Skills

    • Strong familiarity and adherence to core Agile values and principles

    • General knowledge about Agile and DevOps delivery frameworks

Nice to have skills:

  • Certified Microsoft (Fundamentals & Solution Architect) or willing to obtain it.

  • Solution Architecting skills for Analytics projects

  • General Analytics Knowledge (Big data, Data science, and visualization)

  • Experience with infrastructure-related Analytics would be a plus

  • Experience in packaging Marketing and credential materials after project completion.
