Job Description

Technology Strategy & Advisory (TS&A) practice brings together experienced transformation architects & advisors across many industries. We are the partner to client business and technology leadership teams.

Most of TS&A projects involve some form of assessment of current state (architecture, operating model, infrastructure, integrations, organizations, etc.) against desired performance levels or against declared vision/strategy and identifying actions and their roadmap to achieve the declared targets. In most cases this is related to some kind of enterprise transformation or dealing with legacy problems & complications in today’s digital world. We are approached by the clients with trust in our ability to analyze, understand and chart the path forward in a way that can serve as foundation for client’s strategy or planning.

Often we leverage cross-industry and cross-geography experience or expertise to bring the most cutting edge insights and advisory to our clients. Most of TS&A projects last 2-3 months, so there is a great degree of exposure to different areas, clients & challenges – certainly not a boring job.

Qualifications

The expectation is to have an active role in all aspects of the project: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change.

We seek juniors, who are

  • highly motivated

  • able to grow quickly

  • able to work under pressure

  • able to communicate in Czech and English at working proficiency

  • interested in IT technology

  • flexible for part-time travel

  • graduates of technically oriented universities (nice to have)

This has to be accompanied by outstanding academic record, leadership skill and ability to work in a team. Participation in our internship programs or similar like programs, or any experience with the jobs requiring analytical skills are the advantage.
