As an Accenture ServiceNow Academy Program Lead for Central and Eastern Europe, you will be responsible to develop/grow ServiceNow Academy Team in Central and Eastern Europe. You will cooperate with various internal stakeholders and reflect ServiceNow market situation as well as support and design ServiceNow trainings needs. You will utilize your existing Service Management / ServiceNow and market knowledge to further develop your ServiceNow Academy team.

Manage the design effective ServiceNow training programmes, produce training materials (including lesson plans, risk assessments and evaluations) for bespoke ServiceNow courses and manage training delivery
Establish strategic relationships at a senior-level and with the faculty team to effectively deliver the ServiceNow course
Manage delivery-level issues, escalating to the Project Manager and supplier as necessary
Lead and manage a team of specialists as well as a team of instructors
Provide strategic advice on developing organisational ServiceNow training capabilities
Monitor, evaluate and review the progress of learners and the effectiveness of training delivered through evaluation
Manage costs for all programmes, productions, and publications in order to report to organisation leadership regarding a return on investment
Maintain records of all training delivered at various levels for the client and internal reporting
Lead on lessons learned and planning for future phases
Assisting with development of related courses and wider advice to leadership
This is what you already have:
University or equivalent degree in an IT-related field.
Strong communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
Strong project management skills with ability to facilitate programmes
Working experience in agile software development environment (Scrum/Kanban).
Self-motivation and ability to work in self-organized teams.
Working proficiency in English.
