Sales & Pricing Performance provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services. S&PP partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals. S&PP Pursuit Services partners with sales teams to win more business through a compelling and differentiated end-to-end pursuit experience.
Role Description –
The role will have a specific focus supporting sales teams in delivering Environmental, Social and Government (ESG) benefits to realise additional non-financial value or 360 value for our clients.

The successful candidate will join a global team that provides creative writing and editorial review expertise to help develop and enhance a broad range of sales documents and materials. They will proofread, edit and write content, and deliver creative storytelling support. They will also support the team lead in managing delivery of requests.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop knowledge on the Social Value (SV) framework, including sub award criteria and KPIs
Support the UKI Sales community to respond to Social Value questions as part of shaping solutions for clients with a particular focus on H&PS
Conduct research where necessary to source facts, trends, marketplace information to support proposal development and create a joined-up narrative
Provide writing, proofreading and editing support for ESG content
Liaise with Client Account Lead/Sales Lead to develop and/or refine account and contract specific content
Where applicable, work with the client account to identify KPIs and milestones
Where applicable, liaise with Solution Architect to ensure pricing reflects investment commitments from Accenture
Liaise with internal functions SMEs (e.g. corporate citizenship, HR etc.) where specific inputs are required to develop/refine content
Maintain the Social Value repository as well as contribute to the RB and SV Playbooks
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the scoring criteria shared by the clients
Collaborate with the Social Value community to drive ongoing and new initiatives
Share learning and best practices with the broader UK sales and Pursuit Services community
Comply with ongoing operational requirements such as reporting, team skill enhancements, etc.
