This will be your future role:
As Talent Acquisition Associate Manager role embraces two main areas of responsibility.
As Global Process Owner (GPO) you will be accountable for the global recruitment process in operations delivery for respective region. For that it is essential to leverage previous experience in the field of talent acquisition & HR and service delivery in order to provide a differentiated service to our client.
The GPO role requires designing and standardizing the global recruitment process and help capturing and allowing localizations driven by legal requirements or system driven requirements only, for respective region. Part of the role will be to support implementation of business process excellence improvements, to seek to deepen an awareness of business / industry issues and drivers and moreover to understand and adhere to data protection criteria.
As a Lead you will have people management responsibilities for a small team of up to 6 process matter experts who will be responsible for recruitment processes for individual countries.
In your Lead role you will closely interact with your key stakeholders and it will be essential to establish and maintain good relationships with that group such as the global management team, the client and your local Client Service Delivery Manager. You will work closely with other GPOs and local delivery team as well.
This is what you already have:
• 4+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition process
• Experience in operations or service delivery
• 2+ people management experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft suite applications
• Experienced user of Excel – data analysis / reporting
• HR software / applicant tracking system / recruitment
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment
• English & Czech proficient user (potential use of Hungarian, Dutch, Russian, French or German)
