This will be your future role:
As Talent Acquisition Process Expert, you will become specialist and you will be responsible for the global recruitment process in operations delivery and for process documentation and its application in your respective region. For that it is essential to leverage previous experience in the field of talent acquisition & HR in order to provide a differentiated service and expertise view to our client.
Together with the team of Global Process Owners and other Process Experts, the Process Expert role requires participation on standardizing the global recruitment process with and help capturing and allowing localizations driven by legal requirements or system driven requirements only, for respective region. Part of the role will be to implementation of business process excellence improvements, to seek to deepen an awareness of business / industry issues and drivers and moreover to understand and adhere to data protection criteria.
Your role will be to cooperate closely with the delivery team in your region to help them to understand the end to end process, support them with changes / updates implementation, helping drive improvements in the process to support productivity, support with process related trainings etc.
In your day to day work you will closely interact with your Global Process Owner Lead and other Process Experts, and it will be essential to establish and maintain good relationships with that group and with rest of the team such as global management team, the client and your local Client Service Delivery Manager and delivery team. You will work closely with other GPOs and local delivery team as well.
This is what you already have:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition process
• Specialist role experience in operations or service delivery is an advantage
• Process and detail orientation
• Analytical thinking
• Good knowledge of Microsoft suite applications
• Experienced user of Excel – data analysis / reporting
• HR software / applicant tracking system / recruitment knowledge
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment
• English (Czech nice to have), potential use of Hungarian, Dutch, Russian, French or German
