Job Description

The purpose of this position is to manage and drive projects related to supplier enablement, catalogue enablement, and the enablement of contracts on the client s procurement network platform.

To be successful, you will:

  • deliver high quality enablement activities on time and without errors

  • ensure users of client ERP eProcurement tools view accurate information in supplier catalogs and contracts

  • ensure users of client ERP eProcurement tools experience minimal business disruption

  • manage the resolution of issues relating to enablement

  • manage calls from the Customer Services Desk where applicable and drive to resolution

  • as part of the global Accenture service delivery management team possess cross functional expertise, process improvement capabilities, and manage disaster recovery events

  • demonstrate and seek to deepen your awareness of business industry issues and drivers

You will need manage internal and external client relationships effectively and build client relationships within your area of responsibility. As part of a delivery team, you will be accountable for contributing to team SLAs, deadlines, and quality standards. To help achieve this you will provide performance reports to your supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience 1 years as a buyer mid level spend in a middle sized or large organization

  • Speak Polish

  • Preferably graduate with technically oriented degree and a demonstrable track record of commercial international experience in buying goods and commodities

  • Minimal experience dealing with catalog, ordering type system.

  • Minimal experience dealing with data integrity issues, data structures, etc.
