  • Execute timely delivery of entries in the payroll system
  • Track monthly payroll performance issues and risks
  • Execute payroll standard reports in payroll systems
  • Mitigate payroll operations risks and issues
  • Provide support for employee inquiries/escalations on payroll related topics
  • Facilitate customized communications, maintain update-to-date payroll content on various Accenture sites, proactively liaise with Stakeholders to ensure a cohesive support message

What would you do:

Our global Talent HR delivery team operates from multiple delivery centers including Czech Republic, supporting our global client with payroll processes for multiple countries. We support our client on its HR payroll transformation journey.


As Payroll administrator:

  • You will help ensure smooth payroll runs every single month.
  • You will be updating the payroll system, communicating with the payroll provider and performing checks.
  • You will be responsible to manage end to end payroll for client by making sure payroll is processed accurately and in time.
  • You will be working closely with the client HR team and the payroll provider.
  • You will use your knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex payroll issues, working with various stakeholders to get to the root of a problem. You understand the importance of delivering high quality work, as you are one of the people making sure that employees receive the correct salary.
  • You should have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process and delivery such as SLAs, KPIs, DTPs etc..

Qualifications

    HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Advanced English and French language
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Intermediate proficiency in HR Payroll
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills
    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
