Job Description
Objectives of Role:
- Pre-qualify request by determining quality and completeness of received projects based on defined set of rules for complex requests.
- Negotiation Skills
- Client Relationship Management
- Obtain and analyze quote/pricing from preferred or contracted supplier and submit for approval.
- Attempt to negotiate the price & payment terms
- Handling queries regarding related to Spot Buy activities
- Understanding of basic contracting activities
Main Accountabilities:
- Operational Responsibilities
- Ability to understand the requirement from the client and execute accordingly.
- Query solving / resolution.
- Support in other Accenture Operations areas: Operational Excellence, Maintaining Dashboards, Reporting
- Maintain Client Data Protection standards.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Excellent Excel Knowledge
- Quick learning & full usage of project specific tools and templates
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduation any stream
- Good computer literacy e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint .
Core Competencies:
- Good interpersonal skills
- People Management Skills
- Client relationship Management skills
- Ability to resolve escalations and tactical queries from client
- Procurement background
- Knowledge of tools SAP S4 Hanna Service NOW Ariba, Workflow management
- Vendor Master data Management
- Multi tasking and problem solving mindset
- Initiative team person
- Procurement Purchasing P3 Advanced
Experience:
- At least 3 5 years as a buyer in a middle sized or large Procurement Operations engagement
