Job Description

  • Placement of purchase orders to predetermined suppliers
  • Received material booking into system
  • Monitoring of the delivery process as well as communication with suppliers
  • Logistic complaints handling follow up
  • Processing consumed material from hospital stocks
  • Monthly inventory reconciliation
  • Invoice disputes and invoice issue resolution

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma minimum
  • Full working proficiency in English both written and spoken
  • Experience with Supply Chain is desirable
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Confidence in communication
  • Ability to embrace fast paced environment and occasionally unpredictable events
  • Agility and respect of deadlines
  • General computer literacy with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Analytical skills ability to interpret trends and issues from large volumes of unstructured data
  • Experience with Supply Chain or SAP is an advantage
