Supply Chain Operations Associate with English

Job Description
- Placement of purchase orders to predetermined suppliers
- Received material booking into system
- Monitoring of the delivery process as well as communication with suppliers
- Logistic complaints handling follow up
- Processing consumed material from hospital stocks
- Monthly inventory reconciliation
- Invoice disputes and invoice issue resolution
Qualifications
- High School Diploma minimum
- Full working proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Experience with Supply Chain is desirable
- Customer oriented approach
- Ability to multi task and prioritize
- Confidence in communication
- Ability to embrace fast paced environment and occasionally unpredictable events
- Agility and respect of deadlines
- General computer literacy with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical skills ability to interpret trends and issues from large volumes of unstructured data
- Experience with Supply Chain or SAP is an advantage
