We are based in Prague and together we deliver end to end recruitment services in several languages for European countries for Oil and Gas industry client. This will be your future role:
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment process for your assigned country. You will be responsible for client hiring activities in line with market norms for various job profiles (i.e. Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Marketing, etc.) and the agreed talent acquisition process.
You will be in regular interaction with your Hiring Managers and candidates, while ensuring all the agreed Service Levels are met also

Qualifications

  • Do you already have recruitment experience and you know how to do intake discussion with hiring manager, how to create job requisitions, how to screen candidates etc
  • Do you enjoy the art of recruitment and you are looking for new challenge or change
  • We are looking for new colleagues to join our team of recruitment professionals
  • If no recruitment experience, but willingness to learn it, we will teach you all.
