We act as a middle step between our client, representing the agricultural lawn care industry, and their dealership located worldwide, covering service in Portuguese, French, German, Italian, and Polish language. Our role is to support client in correct warranty claim validation, eliminating unjustified costs, and if necessary, identifying and addressing suspicious behaviors of dealers. On the other hand, we cooperate also with dealers to understand their challenges in various repairs, guiding them through the process to solve any discrepancies being in breach of defined warranty agreements.
- Your main responsibility will be written communication with the client´s dealer and daily usage of foreign languages.
- You will be learning the basics of mechanics, and verifying claim information using several client´s online tools like parts catalog or technician s advisory tool and SAP. No prior automotive mechanical or SAP knowledge is required for this role as the team will provide you with the necessary training.
- You will get an opportunity to meet our client representatives who are visiting us yearly and participate in regular conference calls related to process clarifications.
- You can improve your knowledge of PC tools and learn to operate new applications used in the corporate world. It is important that all our activities are performed accurately and that we respect the given deadlines.
