Job Description

You will act in a paralegal capacity supporting Accenture s clients and procurement teams with:

  • Drafting and contract formation of medium to high complexity based on pre existing templates as well as review and revision of contracts based on pre set contracting guidelines and support contract templates and contracting guidelines formation
  • Support with contract facilitation and execution according to pre set contracting process and drive contracting process improvements
  • Responding to complex enquiries regarding contractual obligations and redlines revisions
  • Assist with coaching and training of other contract specialist on legal review and interpretations
  • Leading a small size team of contract specialist in delivering services to clients
  • Prepare and present client facing reports on contracting projects provided to the clients
  • Act as primary liaison between project teams, business units, and corporate legal counsels ensuring that all contractual matters are addressed
  • Act as liaison between corporate legal counsels and contract analysts
  • Support Accenture s client delivery leads with escalation handling and process optimization.

Qualifications

Here s What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience drafting and reading contracts
  • Insert Language Requirements here
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams
  • Knowledge and understanding of procurement industry
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with contract reporting
  • Bonus Points
  • Paralegal certificate or law degree, preferred
  • Experience working with CLM Contract Life Cycle Management tools
