Job Description

The PTP Enablement Services Associate Manager plays a key role in the PTP organization transformation of the client Procurement organization and system. Leads client programs at regional geographic levels. They work with internal and external delivery teams to plan, document, and transform the delivery of strategic aspects of the client s procurement operations from the as is state to the future state . The PES Associate Manager ensures there is a clear roadmap for program success throughout the life of the contract. During transformation is focusing on the strategy determination for Buying channel strategy and Supplier Enablement in the eProcurement systems. Directly liaising with Clients and driving successful services implementation within his her area of expertise.

This role requires a good understanding of Project management, Client management, eProcurement systems, standard Service elements of PTP Enablement Services as Buying channel strategy setup, Catalogue management, Contract enablement, eInvoicing, Vendor master data management, Buying content setup, Supplier portal.

This role involves leading the transformation of procurement client s organization mainly through PTP Enablement Services. The eProcurement and or Portal applications can vary and be hosted by the client or Accenture. The focus of Project lead will be on
Analysis of client spend and vendor details data and recommending buying channels, data segmentation approach to support supplier enablement plans
Defining supplier on boarding strategy and agreeing with the Client and or other stakeholders
Creating supplier on boarding strategy on e catalogue and or contract enablement and or eInvoicing and or buyer portal for the enablement pipeline and driving the supplier adoption
Supporting the Project Change Management activities by providing relevant inputs when required. In the absence of a Change Management Lead from Project, act as one
Manage project plans, establish project g


Bachelor s degree or 5 years of work experience.
Procure to Pay experience and or a background in procurement processes operations.
Strong Project Management background ideally working towards qualification.
Experience managing business outcomes driven programs.
Experience managing and developing client relationships.
Fluent English with strong communication and negotiations skills.
Willingness to travel when required sporadically .
Experience with supplier on boarding in a P2P environment.
Strong desire for familiarity with P2P applications such as Ariba, Coupa, etc.
Any additional language.

Comfortable working in complex, matrix managed organizations.

Understanding of outsourced services, procurement category management, and stakeholder engagement.
Solid attention to detail to detect correct errors
Very strong organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills.
Good business acumen.
Knowledge of Ariba or Coupa products and Vendor Buyer Portals is an advantage.
