Key responsibilities


• Direct responsibility for leading of CS team in PRG-Visionary (people management, planning of trainings, motivation, engagement, task delegation etc.)

 

• Responsibility for smooth provision of IT services to end users in PRG-Visionary (Note: Scope, quality & parameters of these services are described in internal SLA document)

 

• Support of real-estate projects (facility expansions/terminations etc.)

 

• Coordination and support of local/regional/global infrastructure projects and initiatives

 

• Financial responsibilities –

    o Participation in capital management process/activities

    o Identify, propose and implement cost-reduction opportunities

 

• Process ownership / adherence –

    o Ensure that team has sufficient knowledge about processes / policies and they diligently follow them.

    o Direct ownership of some key processes (as required)

 

• Vendor management

 

• Client relationship management (inc.responsibility for customer satisfaction program)

 

• Responsibility for proper completion of security activities & security compliance in location(s) under CS lead’s responsibility. Full adherence to internal security strategy and roadmap.

 

• Other ad-hoc activities connected with smooth operations of Czech TS – Customer Support team.

Qualifications

Required knowledge 


• IT Service Management (ITIL knowledge is an advantage) – medium (to advanced)

 

• Project management – basic (to medium)

 

• Technology

    o Workstations, laptops and its operating systems (MS platform) – medium (to advanced)

    o Servers, network and voice system – medium

 

• Financial management – basic

• People management skills

 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

• Flexibility

 

• Ability to prioritize tasks, proper time management

 

• Troubleshooting and analytical skills

 

• Stress resistance
