Job specification:


Successful candidate should be proficient in security infrastructure and related IT fields and has excellent communications skills in English language. The employee will be responsible for operating, managing and monitoring the global security infrastructure for internal clients, within Accenture’s GNOC team. Position is intended as mid senior, it can however be applicable for fresh graduate provided the person manifests profound understanding of networking, security and overview of operational systems, either Linux or Windows. Position allows substantial growth in experience and skills.




• Manage global network security infrastructure – Incident and Change Management


• Provide technical help to other processes such as Problem and Release Management


• Incident Management responsibilities include technical work on tickets, analysis of issues including the packet flow level, participation in troubleshooting calls, restoring the operational state and then providing improvement ideas


• Change Management responsibilities include whole life cycle of change since the planning and preparation till the actual implementation (at either CLI or GUI)


• Participation on internal technical projects in GNOC



We require:

• Interest in and desire to learn the networking and security


• Strong knowledge of firewall & security & networking concepts


• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, including packet analysis


• Customer service skills and client focus


• Good organizational skills


• Problem-solving skills


• Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills in English language


• Basic Linux & Unix troubleshooting experience


We welcome:

• Good working experience with enterprise firewalls such as Fortinet, Juniper & Cisco


• Good working experience with cloud providers such as AWS & Azure


• Working experience with encryption technologies / Virtual Private Networks


• Working experience with proxies and load balancers


• Good understanding of Unix / Linux systems


• Basic understanding of Windows server technologies


• Basic programming / scripting skills


• Industry certifications (JNCIA, JNCIS, NSE4, CCNA, CCNP etc.)


• ITIL knowledge


• Experience from corporate network support environment
