Role
 
The Procurement Operations Senior Analyst will lead a Procurement Operations team delivering services related to Service Desk Support, Requisition Processing and Accounts Payables, take care of reporting internally and externally, maintain relationships with the Client and the Account Management and will be accountable for the quality and the service level of the daily delivery operations.
 
Operations
  • Provide support to the team, acting as an escalation point between the team members and the Client
  • Provide valuable reporting to the Client, the team and the Account Management
  • Monitor the Service Level Agreements
  • Create Root Cause Analysis and design Corrective/Preventive Actions
  • Participate on regular reviews of performance metrics
  • Implement and support the enforcement of procurement operations processes
  • Work on continuous improvement and encourage the team to submit innovation proposals (We@Accenture)
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of newcomers
 
People Management
  • Develop the team members’ skills and abilities through Performance Achievement
  • Provide feedbacks to the team members on performance, personal initiatives, improvement proposals…
  • Plan the team schedule in shifts while ensuring the permanent continuity of delivery
  • Ensure attendance and punctuality within the team
  • Review team and individual performance on a regular basis
  • Manage the team size per forecast and use of resources (includes Capacity Planning, recruitment etc…)
 
You will interface directly with suppliers and clients either by email or phone and use different integrated technologies to ensure a high level of Client satisfaction and the efficiency of the ProcuretoPay processes.

  • Knowledge of Ariba, SAP is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience of Procure to Pay process and technology
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Fluent Dutch or French or Spanish needed
  • Part time is possible
Experience & Working Dimensions
  • Minimum 2 years of business experience
  • Experience with service delivery, team management and/or customer service
