This will be your future team:

We are a team of 25+ pharmacovigilance specialists who are performing multi-language translation, intake, case processing and medical review of Adverse Events using affiliate and global PV databases for our clients and we are looking for a leader.

 

We are performing daily PV activities including triage, data entry, narrative and medical writing etc. We are looking for someone who will help us develop professionally, keep oversight to ensure teams are prioritizing day to day tasks correctly and maintain timeliness and quality while continuously involving teams in improvement initiatives to impress our clients. For some clients Accenture is performing end to end PV activities and you will be part of a global capability stretching from Japan to the USA.

 

This will be your future role:

Your role will be to ensure proper daily task distribution by team leads, coordinate internal and external feedback sharing to continuously improve quality, make sure that tasks are delivered on time and with expected quality by the teams. You will need to coach and mentor your team leads - explain rules, guide their training but most importantly continuously work towards creating a high performing and engaged teams.

 

Last but not least, you need to make sure that project documentation and procedures are up to date, and your team is ready to face audit anytime.

  • We are looking for new colleague who has university degree in life-science area or medicine.
  • You should be an expert with 4 years in pharmacovigilance area specifically in order to lead the team and to understand clients’ needs and challenges.
  • You have high energy and drive to lead a team and you have at least 2 years of people management experience.
  • You are proficient user of English. Additional language proficiency in French/German/Spanish/Portuguese is an advantage.
  • You have ability to identify and resolve issues proactively and in timely manner.
