As an Accenture Service Now Sales Manager, you will be responsible to develop ServiceNow sales plan and plays in cooperation with various internal stakeholders and reflecting market situation as well as support, analyze and design client solutions. You will utilize your existing Service Management / ServiceNow and market knowledge and technical expertise to support various customer needs and develop value propositions.

Accenture ServiceNow Global Practice is responsible to build, sell and deliver solutions that are based on ServiceNow products (IT, Security, HR, Customer Service and Intelligent Applications). Our portfolio encompasses the selling of the ServiceNow products, the implementation of the solution and its long-term maintenance/management (Application Management Services).

 

Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for CEE planning, sales and account management.

  • Plan and reach the agreed sales goals on quarterly and annual basis (develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue);
  • Recognized as a master in knowledge of ServiceNow products, solution and service offerings within Accenture
  • Network and understand the existing Accenture customers (in cooperation with client account teams), and prospect the market, qualify and pursue opportunities, negotiate and close deals;
  • Develop C-level relationships to position value-add solutions to the client;
  • Build effective working relationship with ServiceNow (Account Managers, Sales, Partner Managers, etc.);
  • Build, present and negotiate solution and proposal to clients;
  • Maintain knowledge of industry, market trends and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Account management or sales experience;
  • Experience in selling enterprise software solutions and/or professional services;
  • Experience of the IT Service Management industry and ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP SM, CA, JIRA, etc.)
  • Familiar with the SaaS value proposition;
  • Strong sales, communications and organizational skills;
  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills;
  • Self-motivated and organized individual;
  • Strong track record of sales performance;
  • Fluent English and Czech/Slovak language
