Warranty Claims Specialist is responsible to review and process warranty claims in a timely and qualitatively adequate manner within contracted Service Level Agreement.

 

Supplier Warranty Agent’s responsibilities include determining responsibility based on available documentation and correctly assign claims. Attach available documents, provide additional information and advising suppliers with the process. Based on need provide assistance in communication between client locations on conference calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Verification and analysis of warranty claims based on available resources
  • Documenting and adding comments
  • Investigating warranty claims, facilitating recovery and assigning appropriate responsibilities
  • Coach rest of the team on quality aspects or new learning when required (in person or via conference calls)
  • Implement practices to improve operational efficiencies
  • Delivers a service to the client in an effective manner
  • Always adheres to contractual service levels across the client base
  • Demonstrates excellent problem solving ability, escalates to the supervisor when necessary
  • Flexible approach and actively looks for ways to grow skills and experience within the team

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level of English & Portuguese is required (B2)
  • Intermediate level of Italian is nice to have (B1/B2)
  • Interpersonal skills to deal with suppliers, warranty engineers
  • Data processing accuracy, detail oriented
  • User level MS Office
  • Organized, timely, pro-active and highly productive
  • High School diploma
  • Good team player
