Job Description 

 

 GIO interface, and Service Management

 

o Regular Interaction with GIO teams in EMEA on one to one meeting

o Proactively see areas of improvement with GIO teams; including issues faced during changes / projects, failures. Provide technical skills during GIO meetings to prevent and resolve issues and provide clear understanding

o Interact with Service management team in Prague on complaints, suggestions. Participate in regular calls with the project management team.

o Interact with RMs for their support for ongoing delivery challenges

 

Technical Management and Coordination

 

o Interact continuously with Tier 3 for their support in any issues, projects and complaints

o Work with NS leads, help create walkthroughs, and processes. Suggest improvements on processes, procedures

o Keep a close watch on incidents, bridge calls that are affecting service delivery, help drive and provide technical assistance to NS team for a quick resolution

o Assist taking ownership on complaints tracker, prepare improvement plans with leads, RSDM, and follow ups

 

Onshore Project Coordination

 

o Involve with Client, RSDMs, and IDC on potential projects, in the pipeline, and ongoing delivery through NS project tracker

o Work with onshore Planning team, client on initial project discussion

o Validate technical requirements on projects in accordance with engineering standards, and involve all parties

o Assist create project documentations, plan, walk throughs, processes, technical analysis, and SOWs

o Participate as POC between client and IDC for projects. Interface also with engineering MSD standards. Initiate discussions and showcase solutions to all parties, where needed

o Revisit ongoing delivery, suggest improvements

 

Skill Requirements 

 

Minimum Skill Requirement:

o  Excellent Communication skills with neutral accent

o  Excellent Written communication skills with email etiquettes

 

Must Have:

o Should exhibit good Client relations skills & Interpersonal skills

o Must have Problem-solving and Analytical skills

o Should be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

o Should be Self-motivated and capable of motivating Team/Colleagues
