This will be your future role:
As a Reception Assistant you will be fully responsible for the daily operation of the reception in our Chodov office. Some of your daily tasks will include:
  • Welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, support with meeting room reservations, taxi ordering
  • Distribution of access cards and visitor cards
  • Preparing purchase orders in the system ARIBA – a fantastic opportunity to learn a useful tool!
  • Maintenance and ordering of stationary
  • Preparation of meeting catering
  • Messenger / Registered Mail distribution
  • Archiving of Suppliers Contracts, off-site storage of documents, etc.
As you will represent Accenture, the role is primarily focused on maximizing your front-office skills, communication and aiming to deliver top-notch service to your colleagues and external third-parties.

 This is what you already have:

  • You are proficient in both English and Czech/Slovak
  • You have at least basic knowledge of Excel (or MS Office package)
  • You are happy when things are in order
  • You enjoy communication and multitasking
  • You are always willing to help others
